I got a new computer in the mail a few days ago. I reinstalled windows completely and did a system restore which seemed to fix the problem last night, was playing games online and getting about Mbps download speed when I did an internet speed test.

About 3 hours ago when I was online my internet suddenly throttled and I\’m getting about Mbps download speed, about 5 Mbps upload speed, and the latency is fine at about 17ms. I\’ve updated the drivers on my network adapter from the intel website and I\’ve also updated the drivers for my chipset to no avail. I think it\’s pretty clearly a problem with windows 10 since my internet speeds on my laptop and phone are fine.
