Outlook Signatures Not Working – Microsoft Community

 

With regards to Outlook that came with my Microsoft subscription started in February It doesn\’t allow me to enter a signature from the email options window. The button is there but it colors on click to indicate it is selected but no screen opens up to allow this.

Outlook freezes for a period of time like as if it is trying but unable to open the signature window. Hi Steven, I struggled with the same issue.

For me it was the image that was put on the machine. My laptop is a Lenovo and the image from Lenovo had something on it that caused issues with Outlook.

There is a hot issue that When you click the Signature button, Outlook hangs and you are not able to add a signature. This issue occurs if you install and Office subscription on a PC that pre-installed Microsoft Office desktop apps.

The product team has been aware of this issue and is currently working on a fix. For now, as a workaround, please uninstall the pre-installed Microsoft Office Desktop Apps. Workaround steps for this issue can be found in the following article:.
