That said, there are many reasons that software can crash. When I run into software not performing correctly I usually just reinstall it. For example, I had a problem with the Assets button not launching the Assets interface. I complete uninstalled Adobe Captivate.

I also went the extra mile and deleted any of the folders that also get created when you install Captivate and then I did a fresh install. This took twenty minutes or so, but my guess is that was less time than trying to troubleshoot the problem for possibly days and days. You must be logged in to post a comment.
