Do I have to create a separate rescue USB for each computer or will one work for all of them? Is the rescue USB computer specific? In principle you should be able to create one USB rescue media stick and use this for multiple different computers but how well this will work depends on how different each of those computers are? The standard Acronis Rescue media is based on a linux kernel which will work on many computers but may not work on some modern computers which use the EFI boot loader and Secure Boot.

If you want a truly universal USB rescue media boot stick, then the recommendation is to create the Windows PE version of the Rescue Media, which in turn requires that you install the Microsoft Windows 10 ADK which has support for the majority of systems.
