I refreshed after I had a virus and some corrupted files removed. My version is not a trial one. I got the home and student version it about a year and a half ago when I bought this computer, and was simply re-installing all of my programs.

I have used the same product key that I used then. I haven\’t been running the download, I saved it to my download files through Google Chrome. Any other suggestions?
