Ask a new question. Hey out there. I have a Dell Optiplex running Windows 10 Professional, 64 bit. Bluetooth has been running perfectly for 3 years since I got this PC. Now, since Tuesday this week, Bluetooth has stopped. The system says it driver dell optiplex 990 windows 10 64 bit turned off. I have looked cell my Device Manager and it is gone. I have spoken with Wiindows Support and they suggested a System Restore as a fix.

I have done these in the potiplex with good results but this time, after drier the restore, my PC refused to boot into. After about an hour of head scratching I just accessed my last system image from my external hard drive and driver dell optiplex 990 windows 10 64 bit system rebooted fine. Does the Bluetooth driver is still missing on your device manager? If the issue drivr kindly go to manufacturers website to download and install the compatible driver.

On the system information look for system manufacturer and model. Search it on your browser together with Bluetooth driver. Check on the website ootiplex the compatible optilex for your Windows.
