Although just after I move my mouse, the process seems to cut itself and the CPU usage goes back to normal – I guess because my PC comes back from its idle state the process starts before the screen turns off mind you – not full idle mode therefore. I have not identified which process that could be because if I try to leave task manager, task scheduler or MSI afterburner running it the background, it apparently doesn\’t start and do that.

I have tried leaving the process for longer amounts of time hoping it would stop and complete itself, though that did not help – it just kept consuming my CPU. What version and build of Windows 10, type winver in Search and select the top result.
