Not sure. No, speed is fine on Mobile devices. Yes, it is slow even via VPN or 3rd party networks. This points to a internal network issue that is throttling Office, not the Office service itself. This is because mobile devices on 4G work fine. Laptop device connecting via starbucks wifi without going through backhaul, VPN etc, direct connect via internet to Office any issue?
